We're on a mission to provide young minds, locally and globally, with life-changing adventures and a chance to cultivate a social conscience.&nbsp;&nbsp;We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People Team and gain practical, hands-on experience across a broad range of HR functions.This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and contribute to meaningful initiatives that support our global workforce.&nbsp;Location: Limassol, CyprusType: Internship (Full-time/Part-time, Hybrid)Duration: 3-6 months&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:As an HR Intern, you will be actively involved in various aspects of People operations, including but not limited to:<ul><li>Assisting with onboarding processes: preparing offer letters and contracts, coordinating induction plans, and ensuring smooth new joiner experiences</li><li>Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS&nbsp; (BambooHR), ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies</li><li>Helping to organise and track learning &amp; development activities, including employee training sessions, webinars, workshops</li><li>Contributing to internal communications and employee engagement initiatives (e.g., surveys, recognition programs)</li><li>Supporting recruitment activities including drafting and posting job advertisements</li><li>Assisting with documentation and preparation of HR materials (policies, procedures, reports)</li><li>Supporting global HR projects such as policy reviews, audits, DEI actions</li><li>Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure smooth people operations</li><li>Performing general administrative duties and providing day-to-day support to the People Team</li></ul>What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field</li><li>Strong interest in HR practices and employee lifecycle processes</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English&nbsp;</li><li>High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team</li><li>Comfortable working in a dynamic and international environment</li><li>Familiarity with MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is an asset</li></ul>What You'll Gain:<ul><li>Real-world experience in an international HR setting</li><li>Exposure to diverse HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and compliance</li><li>Development of project coordination, communication, and HR systems skills</li><li>Mentorship and hands-on support from an experienced HR team</li><li>A collaborative, inclusive work culture that values innovation and integrity</li><li>Prospect of a future employment opportunity based on performance and business needs</li></ul>If you are interested in the role, please apply <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://bayswater.bamboohr.com/careers/357?source=aWQ9MjI%3D">here</a>.
